These oven roasted carrots are the perfect easy side dish for any meal!
Ingredients
2 lbs carrots
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tbsp honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Arrange on a medium sized baking sheet so carrots are in a single layer.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes, or until fork tender.
Top with a small drizzle of honey and serve warm. Enjoy!
